What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds 4 new medals for the civilian class. the medals that i had in mind were:

NATO:
  • Superior Civilian Service Medal. | Link | A ribbon is provided in the link
  • Armed Forces Civilian Service Medal. | Link | A ribbon is provided in the link
NWO:
  • Hero of the New World Order (Changed from "The hero of the Russian Federation") | Link | A ribbon is needed.
  • "For Courage" (Russian Medal "For Courage") | Link | A ribbon is provided in the link

As a civilian, you should be able to get all 4, but it should take a long time and take many wars and services.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Increases RP
Adds another reason to play PC/ER. as well as making RP as a civilian

Civilian Mains can get awarded for their consistent hard work

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Dev Time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion is to make more RP by something as simple as a civilian medal. giving a incentive to play civilian class during war and peacetime as well as it gives their civilian character a cool medal above their head showing they have spent along time as a civilian and playing as one. I see some great RP potential out of this suggestion as well as maybe some new civilian groups being made needing medals, or if you have a medal from a certain team you don't need a PTE to enter their base and can roam their base out of respect because of their service medals.

There's enough incentive to play ER/PC, we don't need constant civ players anyways as it won't increase RP. Just more PC and ER for hire in wars, which can lead to usually biased hiring (would become even worse with medals) and problems for sides as ER are relatively powerful already with RPG rules and FOB rules.

As ER/Militia man I was biased to a side (USSR) but was given a medal for it which allowed me to walk in the base and create RP and help with things Like Arrest with National Guards and paid to reveal FOB locations to UHC for wars.

Suggestion Denied

Hi Doom Guy,
Your suggestion has been denied. As mentioned above this wouldn't make a lot of sense to have civilians be given out medals for an organisation that battles another organisation but still be given a medal? That might not make much sense so here:
If a NWO gives a Civ a medal, why would NATO then go and give them a medal? Furthermore, there wouldn't really be a ceremonial procedure of any kind that could even justify adding something however
If people want to give medals in Game to civilian then you can come up with some random medal name as a NHC/SC and give them it. It just will have 0 meaning at all other than for roleplay aspects.

Thanks, Content Team.
