What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
As it currently is lots of people get AT4'd because people who use AT4's think that its fine to use them against infantry as long as there's an FOB structure anywhere near the crosshair when its quite literally not fine. It really should have been clarified better considering how often this happens. Some people quite literally just AT4 structures to get a few free kills.
3.3 Use of Rocket Launchers - Only ER may use RPGs against infantry against a group of 3 or more. You should be taking care using explosives if there is even a small chance of killing infantry. Use your best judgement and have evidence at the ready if you appear to break this rule in any capacity.
this is also in the rules but I guess its either not clear enough or was just forgotten about
I would also like to add that I think its fine to use AT4's against vehicles if it happens to be surrounded by infantry for many reasons but if someone sees an enemy near a wall he's about to AT4 he should NOT be able to just kill him and get away with it.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
idk
