What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
I'm asking for the vent through maintenance tunnel to be lowered to level 2, and the rest to be level-1.
Grant scrap bonus for completing test, up to 300.
Allow Items in D-Block to be converted to scrap. (Obtained guns that no one likes as well as keycards to be destroyed.)
Airlock to be made Level-1 Clearance.
Class-D watchtower & Area behind it connecting it to hallway to corridors outside Medbay and LCZ to be walled off.
Vent Area in electrical room above medbay that Class-D can use to vent to another room such as around LCZ. Only accessible by Class-D, other personnel are not allowed. Install camera system in vents for security to catch Class-D in their spare time.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Much More fun For Class-D Escaping which has nothing in it right now.
+ The reason why so little Class-D are online for testing currently especially for Uk servers is because it's boring and uneventful, so literally make it more fun.
+ Makes it more fun to be in research for scrap bonus.
+ Allows us to trade in useless guns and keycards that we collect from dead guards into scrap.
+ The Airlock being Level-2 on the outside but level-1 on the inside shows a deep leniancy towards foundation. However, even if the airlock was level-1. Escaping D-Class would not become a problem.
+ Makes watch tower a useful escape point for Class-D as well as more protected from SCP breaches when they run into D-Block.
+ The random electrical room to have more purpose other than fixing.
+ Vents being more widespread with camera systems makes it more like a scary game, idk. FNAF prob.
+ Just more things to do with Class-D
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- More Escaping I guess, sucks for foundation but foundation rn I've seen waddling around, saying they're bored when doing nothing, might as well throw an escaping D-Boy at them.
- Gensec have to do their job.
- Airlock makes credential sense and cadets can't be locked in D-block anymore.
- Watch tower being walled off feels weird immersively but then again we have Juggernauts that can survive being crunched by 682, so immersion isn't great anyway.
- Vents in foundation can lead to big problems.
- Class-D having fun is illegal. Escape RP is constantly said not to be the purpose of the server in which I say. "60% of the server is Chaos Insurgency, and SCP's only make up about 1% of the RP outside breaches."
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I hope for at least like one of these to get through, I just threw a slate of shit I think could make Class-D more fun, but I'm hoping the comment section down below can provide feedback on how these can be adapted to make it more enjoyable for the D-Boys.
But to clarify to say that Class-D RP should not be developed because of how pathetic the rest of the foundation is currently is no excuse. You should opt to improve every type of roleplay, and if you improve one that makes it dramatically annoying for the other departments, you then can seek to improve those departments by looking at the problems.
Just because your RP department is doing terribly and will be made worse by someone else getting something better, doesn't mean we shouldn't make no/barely any changes. This just leads to stagnation and that leads to nowhere. Seek to make the best roleplay out of every department one-by-one.
