- None have been given. (Edit 2: I have received a warning for FailRP as I defended the PD as the Mayor when I wasn't supposed to).
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- Yes, in a now defunct server. I managed to reach the rank of Admin.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- Not much, however I am familiar with it.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- At least 3 - 7 hours.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.
There is no better way to interact with a populated community than to moderate it, I will be able to contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for newcomers, as well as build new friendships with already existing server moderators.
- GAINING INSIGHTS.
Being a part of a moderation team, I would be able to gain insights into player behaviour, how others act to each other and using that information to keep an eye on any problem-seekers who may wish to disrupt gameplay to cause chaos or use cheats to gain an advantage over others.
- PERSONAL GROWTH.
It is without doubt that the road may be bumpy as I will have to deal with difficult people and IRL problems. I believe that these can both let me grow as a person and develop me further through my adolescence.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
- CONSISTENCY.
It is vital that an appropriate mindset must be utilised whenever moderating, I can bring a consistent enforcement of server rules and guidelines without fatigue or bias, if there ever is bias then an appropriate staff member may take my place in the situation.
- CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
It is better for everybody if anger is kept to a minimum, I can provide unbiased and objective advice in situations where others may not know what to do, or refuse to do. It will not be easy but hopefully I will be able to de-escalate the majority of situations.
Hopefully these reasons are enough to consider a place on the team, I look forward to replies and criticism.
