Accepted D Block Quest giver changes [After 914 change]

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change D Class quests (Trade Secrets & Identity Theft) to not have any CL5 keycard requirements.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Removes basically impossible content. Even in 1000 hours of gameplay as D class. The chance you kill CL5 peronnel. (with keycard drop chance on death) Living without AO turning you to red mist. Then getting back into D block to hand in the quest. Or even harder print off a CL5 Document and return it to the quest giver.

Removes content that isn't balanced

Why would it even have CL5 quests.
The quests should be based on what you're actually doing when you escape not quests where you have to escape and then COME BACK after escaping to turn something in, defeating the entire gameplay loop.

I mean dclass quest giver should have a big overhaul of quests, most of them are either almost impossible (kill a MTF unit or come back from an experiment with a syringe with scp blood or the scp room tracker one) or just not worth the reward (almost any keycard one)
