Why did you resign? I was starting college and I wasn't too well, so I resigned without notice

Why should you return / why can you now commit to being staff again?:
My college term are coming to an end so I can dedicate more time into MRP now that I'm getting back into it. Starting next term, I'll have more time for MRP.

You were an okay mentee, can't say much for your staff abilities as from what I remember you did go on a big LOA then be active for about a week or two before resigning. You also need to improve your activity. See no reason for you to not have a second chance.

I do think you deserve a second chance as everyone does but you definitely need to improve your activity and maturity beforehand. There has been many times I have seen you shouting, rage quitting or arguing with people which as staff doesnt set a great example, if you can contain these outbursts and relax a bit more then you would be great staff along with improving your activity. I havent seen you in many staff situations to judge you properly on that part but in other areas in game you are a very nice teammate and you visibly enjoy making sure others are having fun and getting the help they need. Hello, I think that you deserve a second chance as you were a good member of staff in the past and the reason you resigned is justifiable as College work is a lot more important then being staff and if I was in your shoes I would have done the same.

+ good Rule knowledge
+ Was a decent staff member
- The big sort of negatives is that you tend to take big LOA/ROA's at a time and your attitude in game is pretty poor but can be improved over time.

Overall I believe that you should come back as staff and just work on the things above.​

I’ve been trying to improve my behavior since I’ve been trying to come back and I don’t intend to act the way I used to as a staff member. My activity will improve in the coming days as today I just finished my finals.

I can't say i remember much of you as a staff member but i can say the behavior I saw today during the event is not exactly staff friendly is a sense. If I can see behavior improvement before this app is closed then I'll gladly put a +Support But until then good luck mate and hope to see you in game! ​
