What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Require licenses for flagging into certain Department of External Affairs jobs, similarly to how Autorifleman requires a Heavy Weapons License and the Marksman requires a Sniper License, or at least respective licenses to utilize the combat loadouts for each respective job.
DEA Senior Agent - Heavy Weapons License (Combat - M249 Para)
DEA Special Agent, Agency Manager, Deputy Director, Director - Sniper License (Combat - DSR)
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Mitigates friendly fire and other similar instances of mishandling the aforementioned weapons
-More effort and competency required to unlock access to these powerful weapons
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Existing DEA Senior Agents+ without their respective licenses will be forced to acquire them to flag onto the job
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This addition won’t likely negatively impact DEA at all, as it serves to simply equalize the similar requirements for other Foundation combatant departments and mandate some training on how DEA personnel must properly handle weapons.
