Denied Disallow PAC3 ID and Voice IDing people

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Simple, dont allow people to ID you aka know your name OR know your fake based off of using PAC3 or Voice. This is because many people including myself dont think Pac3 should be roleplay as I have it turned off like many others and makes it unfair to do anything if you dont have pac3 and get ID'd beacuse "You dont have a robotic leg tho!". 2nd part is also very simple dont allow people to ID you or know your fake simply by voice the most common thing is getting a disquise of a women in RP and being a Dude IRL... im not gonna try to sound like a girl for RP

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Stops Meta Game
+Fixes P2W for pac3

-The only one I can see is someone might say its anti-RP

For the Pac3 part is allowed apparently refer to https://www.civilgamers.com/community/threads/scp-rp-usa-complaint.15421/ but +support I don't even know how an SL was allowed to create this as a ruling they should be punished heavily as it makes the server pay to win

Voice ID was already ruled on a while ago, but I was there for the Pac3 ruling and its not even funny how stupid of a rule it is. The SL who even made that ruling should be heavily punished, as it was made with no thought to server health and the microtransactions of the server.

This isn't something that is allowed and the ruling that is being referenced is being taken out of context. The ruling given was in reference to identifying people via bodycam otherwise it renders it invalid.
