I was told to make a support ticket here to resolve an issue that came up when I was trying to upgrade from Thaumiel VIP to XK-Class VIP.
The Head Moderator, Cardinal , was attempting to assist me in the upgrade, but we grabbed the wrong package, that being Keter Class VIP, rather then a second Thaumiel to upgrade to the XK-Class.
I was hoping you'd be able to assist by either refunding the Keter so that I can grab the second Thaumiel to upgrade to the XK-Class, or manually change it to XK-Class and deduct the remaining 2k of points needed?
Cardinal will be able to verify that he was attempting to assist me with this.
