Denied EMP/DDOS attacks addition

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Addition of EMP/DDOS attacks on tactical tablet, they will cost around 1 milion, during this attacks enemy communications and voice amp will be disabled for 5 or 10 minutes, when someone will try to type in chat his peers will only see scrambled messages in chat. For example:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
New addition
New tactics
We get some changes as we didn't get any updates in the field of tac tablet support

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
It may be too OP but the timer can be set up by devs

Can't wait for some to say "I'm going to ddos you" in OOC or OC and then get a 6 week ban lol. And only UAN would have to deal with it anyway because SOTF are on holidays for the decade or smth so UAN broke af
