Denied ER Missions

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give a set of missions to ER, as they are made to "stop" the war they should be given a set of missions during peacetime, these would be the following missions that will appear on the F4 menu in a separated section called "quests":
1. Attack enemy FOB, the closest FOB to town will be pinged to ER and they will be able to go and attempt to destroy it, during this assaults NWO/UAN will be informed with an announcement as soon as ER starts attacking the FOB. If a ER dies during the assault they will not be able to go back and the quest will result as failed.
2. Destroy enemy convoys: During this mission ER will get a moving ping of an active convoy (Supply trucks) that are to be destroyed in order to make UAN/NWO unable to supply the FOB
3. Protect Town (If Leader is on): During this mission ER is tasked of building up a FOB in town and setting up defences, after 10 minutes NWO or UAN will get an announcement where they will have to attack town and destroy ER FOB, UAN/NWO will have only 1 life, if they succeed they will get 500K Warfunds for "stealing" ER supplies.

No more peacetime boredoom
More reasons to buy Veteran
More stuff for ER
More stuff for UAN
More stuff for NWO

This will basically make ER a third faction, which is not okay. ER online at the moment is more then enough, and the peacetime activities militia can do is more then enough to entartain for certain time, but not enough to stay on ER 24/7. That's how the things should be in my opinion. Also insane amount of development, and insane required time to this, which is already not enough for the devs. Though I would support some addition to rules, for example, hiring ER in peacetime or pre-war for doing some sabotage on enemy territory?

1) Your first idea in some kind is already implemented, as ER claims towns (or any other location on other maps), if there's any faction's FOB, they would destroy it if they want. This is starting as a mini-event for both ER and UAN/NWO. Allowing this kind of activity on ANY area would just destroy one of faction's preparation for the war, which will result into an imbalance.
2) This might work as with PCs. No need to develop any spotting system.
