why are you applying for executive researcher?:

-I am applying for executive researcher because I feel like I would have a great idol with the role as I have much experience as a researcher department as well as wide knowledge of a huge amount of SCP information. This means am able to make creative and unique testing within the department. The reason I am applying for the executive role once again after 6 months of leaving the department is due to the foundations efforts and ability to expand and giving each role more options which once holded me back. this then remotivated me to reapply for the department of research and rebring the once great research department I was involved in creating. A reason for applying for the role of executive as well is to teach researchers and guide them to creating better documentation as through my efforts I have noticed a lack of the creativity i had once seen, and so i want to change that and make sure researcher think outside the box to gain the knowledge to expand the research department as a hole. another reason of applying for the executive role is due to the lack of clearance as having a clearance 4 can unlock many new areas of testing and research for the department, and with my skills i can be able to use the new clearance to find new ways to contain SCPs as well as research them. many SCP already could have so much unique ideas that can be created such as having a test with SCP-079 using a medical equipment device to see if the SCP is able to detect as well as use it to benefit the foundation (Example). Overall, unlocking the role of executive researcher motivates me to strive for becoming the best executive for the foundation.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
-I am suitable for the role of executive researcher because of the many unique skills I can bring to the department. one of which is the creativity when writing documentation. as i make sure that my documents are never the same as I like to enjoy testing on SCPs I have not yet done before as to bring more unique research to them. i also have a high communication to make sure that all briefs of participants understand the test before the research begins to make sure everyone is understood of what will be done in case of anything happening during or after the test. I also believe that researchers can be tough to learn new ways to do tests. this means that I can have the capability to give researcher new ideas by doing lectures for them to help understand as well as making better documents for the research department overall. i am also suitable due to the current amount of experience i have for the research the department as well. another reason i am suitable is due to the knowledge as well as having the drive to make sure all tasks given to the department are finished, this means that i will make sure that projects/research is completed when tasked for the department. this means that i have a very good time management for the research that i am able to do for the department as well as being organised as well.

Overall a document for me, being an excellent means being unique I rate documents of the level of detail they as well as the amount of effort i can see while reading the document. as well as making sure that your do not repeat the same basic test done before for the foundation.

and much more can make a document and excellent grade, proving skill in writing the more sections and detail for a document to stand out in my eyes

For my personal amount of excellent documents that i have created i have currently created 46, with many of these documents being overtime through the time i have spent as a researcher and a past executive of the foundation.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

-Overall executive researcher should act like role model for the department this means to make sure to act respectful and make sure to treat all people the same as well as making sure to listen to other researchers. making sure to ask questions when asked. with being a executive researcher you have a lot more responsibility to the department this means that any words you say could have a heavy effect on the rest of the foundation meaning that you need to stay formal and positive, making sure not to be rude as said before. responsibilities of the research department also include the guidance of the research department members this means that making sure they are conducting research that is ethical and guiding them to improving as well as making sure they are following the rules of the foundation. lectures and other means can be used to guide researchers into better versions of themselves. this makes guiding researcher a massive responsibility. another thing is overseeing testing escorting researchers to make sure the code of conduct is met with all rules applied to the research department are being followed. the main responsibility of the executive researcher however, over all else is the increase in trust with higher clearance in the foundation. this means that I am now trusted with a higher access equalling I must make sure to follow all the rules relating to the clearance are followed. the increased access to areas as well as opening and closing door when requested. The last part of the responsibility's is reading through documentation and making sure to grade research done by the research department.

This is involving Executive Jesse soul is crucial for the foundation's secrecy. Due to the fact that an experiment with SCP XXX went wrong due to a test lead by Jesse. Meaning that the effects of this STP have changed his personality, meaning that it's a completely different person, both physically and mentally. Mentally, just soul is completely different in the terms of that. He is more well suited for the performance of his standard. Meaning that is less funny, more straightforward, more crucial. His cognitive capabilities have also ceased to have an extreme effect where the person has changed. In a way that he thinks and learns new information instinctively quicker the most regular humans. However, the downside of these cognitive increases due to the SCP led a physical change of Jesse soul.

the physical change of Jesse left him with a scar on the cheek. The scar on the cheek represented a skull, that of a human male. The score itself was 3.5 centimetres in length and 4.8 centimetres in width. The skull represents how the SCP permanently changed him, but we cannot discuss the reasons how due to the SCP was not being viewed by anyone else other than Jesse during the incident. This is because. Of the fact that it was in an enclosed environment inside of an SCP Foundation solitary confinement cell. In which there were no windows or any form of way to see what happened during the incident. The only way that Foundation personnel could tell that Jesse had changed his personality or appearance was by the scar on his cheek.
After Jesse Soul was escorted to a secure environment away from any other foundation personnel. He was interviewed about his experience with the SCP. However, the experience with the interview was cut short. Due to the fact that the 05 Council assistant. Needed to speak to Jesse Soul about an agreement that had to take place. This was because SCP XXX was known to be a secure clearance or object class of Thaumiel rest of the information given about what the assistant said Is classified.

Much else is known about the incident with Jesse Saul. But now suddenly. The 05 Council have taken an interest in offering a place in the research department for Jesse to sign up as an executive. However, much of the information about the reasons why is classified. And therefore, no other personnel know other than a select few.
