What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Either give ISD an instant version of Elastics that can't be broken or Fix Handcuffs.
Everytime you move someone with handcuffs, there's a 80% chance the swep will have a mental breakdown and start moving the person randomly or they can just walk away.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ ISD can do their job.
+ ISD Can handle arresting more than one person without being ruined by the game.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Literally nothing.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Being ISD currently is awful, you can't identify someone easily during chaotic situations and the cuffing process is the most aids thing on this game currently.
