Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):[makes it fair when we look at NWO/UAN helicopter stocks][makes the MI an accessible helicopter for the SWB regiment]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[We've been waiting for too long for it to be fixed because we literally cannot use it its not a skill issue before anybody says it]
