Accepted give researchers cameras

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give researchers the gmod camera (gmod_camera), before you say "this will be abused to shit" just know, parawatch exist... I mainly want this so we can add pictures to our research documents about what happened and for lectures.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Researchers can put images into their documents and get better grades
- Why wouldn't researchers be able to take pictures
- Adds more RP into tests if a researcher decides to snap a photo or two, it seems reasonable for them to have a camera

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- gets spammed by minges

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It gives researchers another way to take pictures, I get that you can push f5 or f12 to take an in game screenshot and is basically better than a camera, but would add more RP.
