What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Yes please...
I myself bought Sapphire VIP, and I'm not really a fan of how we don't get any extra props with it.
We're stuck with the basic 40, which seems like a lot on paper, but in-game it's just not much at all.
If you want to make a base with good defences, it's really hard to do that with only 40 props.

Adds one more rewards for the VIP other then just jobs, props are something very unique and hard to buy, having Sapphira vip having the normal amount as someone without ranks makes it less wanted.

I called a sit after buying Sapphire VIP to ask about prop count and why mine hadn't increased. The member of staff said that was strange and I should relog. After relogging I found that my prop count had still not increased...
Seems weird that it wouldn't get any extra.
