GSD Captain Formal PAC

A pac3 design for Captain Caeden 'Satchelboy' Bowen - Used only for formal events such as meetings or tribunals, I made this as I believe it is a better alternative to getting permission from an SA to use pac to give myself a blank, designless suit using pac. - All features: Cl4 lanyard - "GSD Captain Caeden 'Satchelboy' Bowen" // Beret w/ Foundation logo / Black suit w/ white polo shirt and red tie.

Pretty sure you don't need these approved if it's for a formal event (E.G Tribunal) as they're considered semi-OOC.
