Accepted Hacking Training

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Basically, add a new Tool that is the training version of normal Hacking Tool, but there's no cooldown, after u fail a hack,

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Don't think so?

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Faster Trainings
- No Cooldown
- No confusion between real and fake hacking?

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- I don't know?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Just more convenient than waiting 1min? For hacking again
