What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
- I believe that my leading experience and my user experience on the server allows me to excel in my leading capacity and management skills throughout the server. I have lead wars on all maps and have held my High Command Ranks on Highlands. Throughout my time I have managed to pick up and learn many things, these just optimise my abilities even further.

List your strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths:
-Harrold had joined the NATO Joint Air Force at the age of 19. His aspirations had always surrounded flying helicopters and allowing for medevac to be done for wounded soldiers. However he quickly learned that his flying could be used more effectively in a CAS helicopter. After his revelation Harrold had spent countless months learning how to become one of the strongest pilots NATO had seen favouring the little bird for it's rockets and size.
What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
- Lead wars.
- Manage Regiments
- Create Sufficient Roleplay for both sides, promoting that behavior to the server.
- Ensure engagement within the faction through things
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
- Appoint Regimental Commanders and support regiment leadership.
- Assist regiments with any questions or concerns.
- Create ways to keep up server retention and help suggest/create new content.

Strengths:
- My Piloting Skill- My Experience in piloting regiments allow me to excel in piloting.
- Experience On the Server in general - My experience allows me to have a very good idea of all the 'metas' for leading on any of the 3 rotation maps. it allows me to lead and manage to my fullest capacity
- Activity- My Role as Developer in the community Insures my availability In TS3 or discord at nearly all times of the day. I can also get in Game if required on short notice.
- Temper - I can sometimes Loose my temper and Start shouting at people if they do something incorrectly in stressful situation. I will Focus on maintaining composure over my time. Especially as NHC.
- Warn History/behaviour In Game - I can sometimes be on the more mingey side of the community when it comes to active playing. I wish to reduce this as much as possible.
- Other Responsibilities - As the only MRP Mapper I can sometimes get burnt out whilst managing large projects and in game roles. This inherantly comes with the role as a developer but im confident that i can reduce this as much as possiblt
