Denied Hazmat Armor

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will make it so the dispensable hazmat wouldn't take all your armor. The hazmat instead of taking away all of your would take away 50 or none (up to content team)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I would believe so, especially after the giant 008 breaches that happen (atleast on the usa server)
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Would stop 008-2 from easily 2-3 (depending on the instance) tapping you
-Would make containing 008 breaches a lot easier, makes no difference really wearing a hazmat if you still just die as easily and dont want to play 008
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-None that I can see except 008 enjoyers not liking the ability of easily killing people
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because of all the bad 008 breaches that become impossible to contain even with ert (even though 1 team spawns every time) to help with stopping the breach.​

Armor isnt very useful when your suit can still get you infected 8 times out of 10.

-Suit is quite literally a trade off, you either have armour to fight humans or have hazmats to not get infected with 008
