What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Let trusted CL4 roles (primarily regiment COs) have one of those infinite-use inventory items (like the event weapons) that give them a CL4 keycard, for the purpose of using on non-CL3 jobs (i.e. MTF CPT wants to play on MTF, but all CL4 regiment jobs are taken, so they have to be one of the jobs available to below LT, which prevents them from doing CL4 stuff).Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Past suggestion about storing keycards:Accepted - Storage Cache's

Past suggestion about making MTF keycards scale with rank (so that when a LT or higher flags onto a job below LT, they spawn with a CL4 card)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: [Make keycards scale with MTF Ranking (excluding A1/O1) Example: A Nu7 LT flags onto marksman and keeps his CL4 card.] Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): [Makes jobs more efficient for Cl4's if the Cl4 job is full. Allows Cl4 to...

This suggestion is a way of facilitating this, as there appears to be enough issues actually accomplishing this that keep it far from being done (which makes sense, it's VWar, only two people can work on it) - So this is intended as a temporary patch over, to resolve this in the meantime.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Method of accomplishing the thing that is already planned and thus comes with all the positive effects of doing that thing.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Abusable, Major Issues - The thing with this is that people would be able to misuse it by being able to give themselves a CL4 card on jobs they generally shouldn't have it on, Tech Expert for example. And on top of that, it is apparently very difficult to remove something from someone's inventory that they should not have, so... Uhhhhh yeah.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's high noon. Both Cowboy A and Cowboy B pull their keycards from their holster out at the same time.
Cowboy A has a CL4 card, Cowboy B has a CL3 card. Cowboy B dies instantly.
Cowboy A is subsequently tribunalled for Murder 2 and Unionising 1.
