The main reason behind creating this application is my genuine enjoyment of working in the medical department. I appreciate the rp opportunities it offers, such as surgeries and psychological evaluations. Additionally, I've noticed that Kayla is becoming kinda overwhelmed with documentation. I would like to give my assistance in managing these documents, allowing her the opportunity to engage in rp as well. Lastly, I've received encouragement from several people to submit this application, so to those who suggested it, here you go.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?
First and most importantly, activity is a significant aspect. I mostly put 5 hours daily to medical activities, making it a primary reason why I believe I am suited for the DoM. Additionally, I consider myself a professional individual. Being friendly is another attribute I possess, which I believe adds to my suitability. Also, I am a quick learner, I am quick at learning stuff when i am trying. Lastly, I actively seek opportunities to assist others whenever possible.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?
So, the responsibilities of the DoM include:
Representing the Medical Department
Accepting Consultant applications and conducting interviews
Overseeing the medical staff to ensure they are professional.
Managing documentation within the department
Conducting medical license training
Managing relationships with other departments
Approving/Denying any ideas that could improve the department
