What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
this suggestion is to remove the ATGM from marder and add it to puma instead

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
balanceing ifvs in both regiments

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
more dev work ontop of what there already is

why not add ATGM to the btr-90
and a second one to the puma?

You have the Humvee that is way better then the BTR-80 and BTR-80a (Humvee tanks hits from AT-4s where BTRs get hit twice and died), as i see it its balanced

The idea is one I approve, but not this way
Yes NATO features 3 ATGM, while NWO features 1 (Double) ATGM

I feel like, making vehicles somewhat close to 1:1, would be better, Either remove 2 ATGMs from NATO, or add 3 ATGMs to NWO, and 1 Double ATGM to NATO
