My Unbiased Line Of Thought
during all the time i was in the department, and the countless arrests i have done
i was always the first one to say sorry if i deemed myself in the wrong
or if i saw something that could have been done better on my part
showing that thinking in a straight line without deviating from the situation's lines of work

My Good Way With People And My General Friendliness
You could ask other site personnel, other researchers and other people, that when they would
ask me a question, i would really do my best to sit with them and explain the answer as
deeply and thoroughly as i could, at some interactions i had with people we could sit
for a dozen minutes or more of them just asking questions, me answering questions
and still keeping the situation feel like a human interaction rather then just a Q&A session.
and overall i really feel like interactions i have with people turn out great most of the
times, which is a quality that even if you're talking about an IRL situation or an in game situation, is very important to have.
showing that i can converse with people in a well thought out manner.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
fulfilling O5's orders and managing MTF A-1 | As the O5's right hand man, you are trusted with executing their orders across site, whether it be managing A-1 in regards of info breaches and/or investigating people that are standing between the O5 and their goals and objectives, of course, if the situation is one that could endanger the OSA, they are to utilize A-1's specialized set of skills to their advantage, achieving the O5's objective with the least amount endangerment to the high ranking personnel |
Pitching in on other OSA's application | Since you are a part of the OSA team, you are trusted enough to pitch in on other OSA applications, giving your specialized and professional opinion about who YOU think should be a part of that very important team |
Helping A-1 CO's with recruitments | since OSAs are doing observations as a part of their job, they can help give their opinion on specific applicants that could be a bit harder to gather without it. |
CL4 Duties | Managing AA Doors - during a C5, OSAs could man AA and help operate it, allowing NCO's in, and assisting the breach with whatever tools they have while not putting themselves in danger. Observing site - since you report directly to the overseer council, you have a great responsibility, giving the most unbiased, most raw and professional look on how the site is operating, whether it be while disguised, or by walking around site, of course with A-1 by your side. |
