Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I believe myself to be knowledgeable with RSD activities and procedure. I am also interested in being one of the staff that can help and push RSD research to Excellent standards.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I frequently help lower RSD members in both learning RSD procedures and earning higher grades on studies. I also have discovered new effects of previously heavily-researched SCPs and have been a part of/lead projects in research and RP
I also specialize in research pertaining to preservation of assets and/or life. Mainly in efforts to spare D-Class and avoid death or injury during testing/sampling.

What makes a document excellent?:
Does the document contain information that is necessary and worth the efforts of testing? Does the findings effectively convey what happened, and when? Does the formatting read well and create a favorable organization to all writings? And most important, is the work written grammatically correct?
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
To oversee, approve, and even facilitate lower RSD staff and their investigations. To provide service through guidance, spell-checking, and later on grading of RSD staff documentation. Additionally, to operate higher CL4 tests that must be done professionally and effectively. And finally, to assist in special or specific RP scenarios and improve the gameplay of all involved in research RP.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Joesef is someone who values sparing and saving life of all staff involved in tests/procedures/handling of SCPs. This includes Foundation AND D-Class members. His research is foremost in these fields. Additionally, after an accident with nerve gas, his face has an uncanny twitch in the muscles of the lower half. During a post-test interview with a D-Class under the effects of SCP-099, Joesef had one of his eyes brutally gouged out with his own pen when the D-Class went psychotic from a mental snap. Joesef still feels it his own fault, knowing the Scopophobia SCP-099 induces.
