Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I believe myself to be knowledgeable with RSD activities and procedure. When asked by others for assistance, I am often able to provide information about documentation for those who ask for review, improvement, spell-checking, and sometimes even ideas for tests if needed. I even offer oversight for Junior or regular Researchers if they need assistance or are not confident in the test going correctly. Mentoring and teaching is something I enjoy in engaging. Assisting my fellow RSD collogues offers me great satisfaction and fulfillment
Additionally, I feel like it is a personal driving force of mine to improve and grow as a Researcher. Although I am happy with Senior Research, I believe working as an Executive Researcher will open me to new fields of improvement for me, my work, and RSD's staff.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I have a keen interest in assisting my fellow RSD Staff. Whether it is spell-checking, assisting with, suggesting a test idea, or informing of RSD protocols, I am always willing to help a fellow researcher out. I also have on several times shown budding Junior Researchers the ropes with testing and testing protocols. I take great fulfillment in the assistance of others on their projects and documentation.
When it comes to teaching outright, I am a collected and professional individual. No one benefits from instructors screaming at them, especially in a department that surrounds already stressful procedure. Professional and direct, yet friendly and welcoming. That is how I believe effective communication is established
I have taken part in several projects, explored new frontiers of research, and have learned a great deal on my own inquisitions of research. I have discovered new effects for an already well documented SCP, and have done studies in an area that most over look; the preservation of life and resources with test subjects. Several of my documentations have been solely focused on methodology relating to this field, of which have been highly graded as excellent/perfect.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written?:
1 Excellent, 3 Perfect
One of my perfect documents was the discovery of a completely unknown effect of SCP-012. Dubbed "The Stream Lure" by myself after discovery, it is the spreading of the cognitohazard effect of SCP-012 via helmet cam streams viewed on Personnel Tablets. The effective area of 012's effects could be an issue for nearly twice the pre-recorded radius in most documentation.

What makes a document excellent?:
Excellent documents consist of Various elements. Elements such as proper grammar, clean formatting, usefulness of data, and effective convection of experiments. Abhorrent grammar takes away from the experience of reading documents, while neat and correct grammar fortifies the professional nature of RSD study and documentation. Bad formatting can make a document clunky, while clear and easy-to-read formatting keeps a document more organized and concise. The outright usefulness of the information gathered can impact grading by highlighting potential oversights in security, improved methods of research, or simply diving into waters un-sailed. And finally, a detailed and clear retelling of the performed experiment in the document can really pull a reader into the moment of testing.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Executive responsibilities of course include the tutelage of the rest of RSD. Teaching and training up-and-coming researchers is a sacred and essential part of the Executive caseload. Whether it be onboarding a fresh Junior or debating next steps for a veteran Senior, overseeing a large scale project or assisting someone on their very first documented experiment, Executives are meant to be the guides for the rest of RSD. Both in literal teaching, but also as a role model for researchers to aspire to.
And there is of course, the responsibility of administrative monitoring. Executives must approve documents and accreditation from experiments. Executives additionally act not just as the yay or nay on someone's project proposals, but also as the judges of the quality and grading of their final product. And it is also not just that, but also in part to clearly show the path of approval, and what is needed for tests or procedures to be approved.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Joesef is someone who values sparing and saving life of all staff involved in tests/procedures/handling of SCPs. This includes Foundation AND D-Class members. His research is foremost in these fields. Additionally, after an accident with nerve gas, his face has an uncanny twitch in the muscles of the lower half. During a post-test interview with a D-Class under the effects of SCP-099, Joesef had one of his eyes brutally gouged out with his own pen when the D-Class went psychotic from a mental snap. Joesef still feels it his own fault, knowing the Scopophobia SCP-099 induces.

+Support, one of my favourite researchers and always up for a chat. I just wish our time zones aligned so we could collaborate on a research project.
