Received multiple warnings before but haven't gotten any past the point of the 24th of November 2021

Do you have any experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP?:
I was a CO 3 times in 10th and was a SWO in AG so yes I have experience as a high rank and know what I am doing when it comes down to that regard

What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
I have been CO 3 times now on MRP in none of these times did I ever leave these spots dishonourably I know what I am doing I have the ability to think fast and react to situations that come by complete surprise I have a tactical mind and can almost always tell who would be good in a high rank and who would be bad in a high rank (That is more of a Regimental Command trait but I think it would still be important to note) I may not have the most experience in this role but I do have a lot of it and know how to behave in this role even though I have never had it and am very well aware of all server rules and how to work as a HC member

List your strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths:
-Can think fast
-Can manage stuff well
-Know when I should be serious and know how to be strict
-Know when someone should be rewarded for their work and when they should not
-Can be super active as I have lots of free time

Weaknesses:
-Can sometimes be not so strict (I am working on this and it's my highest priority right now)
-Sometimes I can drop in activity and get burnt out somewhat easily
-May not be the best when it comes to roleplaying
-Sometimes I have severe burnout and go on ROA or LOA​

I should also note here that whilst I know 10th may not seem like it's in a good position right now I have 2 COs I trust to keep 10th in it's best position and they are doing an amazing job right now and are still going at it​

Working under Joseph has been a pleasure, an understanding LTCOL and a good one at that. His ways of dealing with RP situations is too a excellent manner. 10th's stability would not be a issue if he left for UHC so do not be deterred. Frankly, if anyone deserves HC it is Joseph
