Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I received a warning back on highlands when I was new to the game. I was on the hill east of cabin and shot a USSR before he passed the sign.
Do you have any experience as a high rank on MilitaryRP?: Yes, I have been a MAJ for over two months and have been a CO for 4 months. I have been waiting to gain as much experience as possible as a SCO before applying in order to ensure that I am fully confident in my abilities that I would be a competent NHC member. I have also lead a few wars for NATO which have mostly been successful.
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?: I believe that one of the things that makes me the best candidate for HC is the amount of experience I've had as a SCO in ISAF. Throughout my time as an SCO, I have acquired many different skills and abilities which I believe could be very useful if I was to be accepted into NHC. I have lots of experience of leading wars for ISAF and also dealing with any issues/complaints within the regiment. Thanks to this, I believe I would be able to easily to identify issues within different regiments and how to solve them efficiently. When leading for wars for ISAF, I never just send them in blindly to a point and I always attempt to give detailed orders (combined with tactics) so that we have a higher chance of taking the objective.

List your strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths
I am a quick learner, I'm also quite friendly and approachable and always open to criticisms and suggestions that anyone may have.
I am also able to work well under pressure and will stay determined throughout an entire war even if it seems like a lost cause.
My activity is quite good and I'm usually on for the late night wars when there are no NHC on.
Weaknesses
My biggest weakness is that I can sometimes overthink orders which may lead me to messing them up.
