For how long have you played on MRP: Since about May 2023
Are you a returning player?: Yes
If yes to the above, when did you last play MRP actively?: 2024 December
NATO name (regiment and rank): PVT Kaz O'Leary
USSR name (regiment and rank): PVT 'Kaz'
Civilian name: Kaz Amarov
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- None except my 3 overturned blacklists
Do you have any experience as CO or higher on MilitaryRP?:
- Yes
17thAR COL
SWB MAJ
ATR JLT
SSHC MGEN
SHA CPT
List your current in-game rank(s) on MRP:
- None
What NATO regiment are you looking to enter?: 17thAR
What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?: CO
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
- I've spent allot of time within 17thAR I was there for about 7 months before I left 17thAR COL to join NWO at the time. I have enough experience in CO ranks to be confident in my abilities as a CO to both independently and with the other COs to contribute to the regiment in any way I possibly can. I can be consistently active throughout the week.
List your strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths:
- I have plenty of CO/leadership experience within MRP
- I'm very patient with people and enjoy trying to bring in new players and keep them engaged
- I think I work well in a team setting and considering there's quite a few COs within 17thAR already it'll be easy to work with them
Weakness:
- A little too nitpicky about work sometimes (small details in documents etc..)
- I find it hard to give out to people / hand out punishment at times
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it:
- Ranks listed above
- Sever Leadership
- Helped in bringing SHA to a great place being the most active regiment on USSR for awhile.
- Got 17thAR to a relatively good place while I was Jr. CO when the entire CO/RC team was removed apart from me and one other CO however I received allot of support from NHC at the time.
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?:
- To teach and ensure that both new and higher ranked 17thAR members fully understand their role in the regiment, the rules that revolve around the regiment in regards to armoured vehicles.
- To be responsible as a CO team for the regiments health and in turn bare some responsibility for general MRP server health.
- To be a role model / bench mark for others in the regiment and outside to follow.
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
- Just off a glance at the F4 Regiment tab there is good CO numbers/activity however the amount of active NCO/SNCOs is absolutely shocking almost all of them 6+ days inactive.
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- I'm quite good at keeping players engaged despite the downtime during MRP having tons of experience in doing so through ABT and 17thAR previously.
- Work alongside the other COs to have clear communication between the team on how to solve this and other problems I may be unaware of due to my absence on the server since December.
- Running tryouts whenever possible to potentially train up new NCO/SNCO's
