-i am very active an can bring new ideas for the AC team to think about and bring the UAN closer together from my ties of being well respected from the other regiments.

- From pvt to COL in 15th no transfers ro rank skips
List your strengths and weaknesses: strength's i have great war strats and a good mindset when war if I war turns south, weakness I rely too much on cas and jac tanks they cannot be there all the time and I need to have AT do the job since they cant be around the map all the time.

From my interactions with you were very friendly and proved yourself mature by moving to cut down on unprofessionalism in ISAF/15th. You have extensive war leading experience and are one of the few people I see that split away from just doing trainings with their regiment and you also do create roleplay situations for 15th alongside other things and ensure they almost always have something to do. I think if you could do that with the entirety of UAN it would help it a lot. The only weakness is your application as it is short but you have proven yourself in game.
