Accepted Lane war Heli

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:[/B]
Change the rule 3.07 " In Lane Wars, only 1 CAS deployment per side is allowed for the war's duration." To only 1 heli at a time in the sky

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):[/B]
Allowing ground to have a chance
Less chaotic sky with lots of helis in the air

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:[/B]
Less dogfights for SWB/JAF
Less chance for pushing infantry back

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:[/B]
I think it should be accepted as the positives of infantry being given a chance out ways the less dogfights in the air

This would just become a race of which side gets a heli in the sky first, and now with the removal of KWKs being permitted to be used against helis, I believe that a heli can last pretty much for an entire war which would make it completely unfair.

Means people will have to use actual AA weapons instead of moaning about KWKs not being able to be used now, and gives infantry more of a chance, when there's no JAF/SWB on
