What rank are you looking to enter your chosen regiment in?: SNCO or Lower CO
What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?:
- Experience in training new recruits/ lower ranks
- Happy to work on the regiment documents and other less desirable tasks
- Active in peacetimes instead of just AFKing
- Experience in multiple regiments
- Lots of experience in armoured vehicles
- Active and willing to host trainings and tryouts
List your strengths and weaknesses:
- Good communication
-Good at all positions within a tank crew/helicopter
- Not as quick as most
-Make simple or silly mistakes occasionally
- Not the best at takeoffs/landings

Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?:
- increase recruitment
-host trainings frequently
- instead of going out with the higher ranks in vehicles take the less experienced players in non crucial wars to increase their experience.
