What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This addition will make it so Exec researchers are able to reward lower clearance researchers such as Seniors, Researchers, and Juniors for a job well done.]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[This will make it so Execs can reward The lower clearance Researchers for a job well done, and this would motivate lower researchers to do more serious testing / documenting, as their is an actual reward.]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Could be seen as a way to credit farm by some people]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I believe this would motivate researchers to have more RP intensive testing, and could provide new insight on RP with different SCP's as more researchers would take the time to come up with newer and more fun ways of testing now that their time has a reward.]

You haven't said what the Rewards would be for "Lower Researchers"

Exec researchers are whitelisted roles and should be trusted with crediting lower clearance researchers
