What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it legal to use KWK HE shells on infantry

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
not that i know

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1-HE shells would actualy be used, 2-adds another way of combat by blowing ppl up with HE shells

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Cant think of any

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it would actually give HE usage

kwk's are already pretty powerfull thigns to use mainly becaus you can headglitch pretty easly with it, almost 1 tapping tanks and now you want that , a at gun to be used on inf?

HE Shells are never used, allowing this would actually give them a use. Also it makes perfect sense to allow it, in realism and RP. Also this doesnt make the KWK OP or anything like that, it'll still be balanced and now more used and a bigger threat.
