What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Let SCP-073 partake in research rp and assist researchers and give him CL 3 and a clipboard. Cain will also be able to credit Researchers, GSD, and D-Class. Researchers who utilize Cain in their experiments will be forced to give credit to him in their documentation. Also allows Researchers to credit Cain and award him with SCP XP. Cain's credit's must be approved by CL 4+.
Separate idea, give Cain a tolerance meter. He might be immortal and reflect damage but Cain still feels pain. Make it so when the meter empties, he cannot sprint and must walk or stand still to gain his tolerance back. Obviously standing still will regenerate the meter quicker. This will deter Cain players from intentionally bodyblocking bullets. Cain at a low or empty tolerance bar can be beamed by one person (PLEASE! DO NOT KEEP IT THE WAY IT IS! CAIN IS OBNOXIOUS! Needing the entirety of E-11 and GSD to beam Cain is ridiculous).
Also, let SCP's sit down in chairs. Poor 049 has a chair and a bed and cannot use it ;(

Pretty sure he used to do this until they scrapped the idea, now he is worthless.
Possible Positives of the suggestion:
Enhances Rp and gives incentive to playing Cain, gives an opportunity to allow Cain to teach Jr and CL 2 Researchers the layout of the site and knowledge of SCP's according to the researcher's clearance level. Allows Cain to be recontained easier, eliminates minging on Cain by bodyblocking bullets and allowing for easier recontainment.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Possible Credit abuse, Minging as Cain with a CL 3 would be insane. Possible implementation issues regarding tolerance meter. (A possible workaround to the tolerance meter would be to set his HP at 100 so he can be beamed by one person almost insantly similar to 999).
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion NEEDS to be accepted at least partially. Cain currently has no purpose other than to troll, and he is only able to be dealt with by Staff because it is almost impossible to get 12-13 people available to beam him.
