- Mike Down is a British man who grew up poor in the estates of London. At a young age Mike started to get into bad habits with the wrong crowd. Fighting from a young age Mike was going down a bad path.

As the years went on, about at his mid-teens, Mike had a look at himself and at the path he was taking and wanted to make a change. Remembering childhood stories of his grandfather as a soldier, a realisation occurred.

On Mike's 18th birthday he enlisted into NATO. As an infantryman, Mike gained discipline, learned about healthy living and teamwork.

As the months went on, He joined ISAF, met great colleagues who became friends and then brothers. He climbed the ranks until he became Sergeant Major and realised that with his experience he could do more for NATO and help try to defeat NWO once and for all. It was then when he sent his application for High Command.

What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
-Overseeing Regiments
-Working with Regimental Command to better NATO

-Making sure Roleplay is positively enforced
-Take care of the community to grow NATO
-Setting examples again, though this time OOC.
-Taking care of documentation
