Unfortunately, I do not believe you are fit to be unbanned. First and foremost, I can see you edited the post,
specifically under the "What will you do to stop this from happening again?" section, where you changed your answer from an admission of what you did, which was harassing and making allegations against someone, to "I do not
know the reasoning of the ban???" which I find peculiar and in some sense, you lied on your application.

Next, the DMs themselves they were extremely recent and weird, and therefore even the whole 'it was in the past and I did a wrong thing', card isn't playing out for you. I've gone out my way and asked Chat GPT to help find some books that might help you figure out how to talk to people online without it being 'creepy', weird or harassing!​
