Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 3 kicks and 1 warning. All are several years old, kicks were jokes by old staff members and the ban was for placing an illegal FOB inside the garage of radar in Highlands.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Because I am in my final year of university and have a job I can't be on everyday but on the days I can be on it can range from 1-4 hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of levels of depression I have reached because of this server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a staff member because over the course of my time playing this server there has been multiple situations I have been apart of or witnessed that haven't been taken as seriously as they should by the staff who are handling it. At the end of the day this server is a game and you're supposed to have fun but people get away with so much more than they used to, I'm not perfect but I'd like to this I can be unbiased enough to help. I also got told they want a woman in staff so I can be a diversity hire.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If there was anything I think the current staff could improve on it would be the fact a lot of them don't get involved in situations without a sit being called, causing people to be extremely toxic and get away with so much more than they would have 2 years ago.
