Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have some dating back in 2021 and 2022, it was me just goofing around a bit back then, had an RDM warn, Damaging FOB structures during pre-war (group warn) and fail RP. Also had a ban for LTARP don't really remember what happened there but from the warning list that I can see that it was late for me (11pm) so it probably was that.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2 to 4 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been a staff member in multiple Star Wars servers and 1 or 2 Dark RP servers, I had to deal with all sorts of rule breakers going from regular minges to exploiters.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Back in 2021 I stumbled upon "Civil Gamers SCP-RP" (That what it was called back them) after an SCP-RP server I played shut down. At first I didn't really know what to do, but I met a guy that taught me the ropes, I joined E-11 met new people, learned more about the server and the community and then I got into A-1, but after getting into A-1 I kind of drifted away from SCP-RP and tried out Military RP of Civil Gamers. It was an unreal experience back then with how crazy it looked and felt. I quickly got past the training and joined SAS in NATO cause it looked the coolest to me back then. I got up to the rank of SSGT in SAS and i started to goof around a bit which got me a couple of warnings and demoted back to SGT. After that, I kind of stopped playing Civil Networks in all, but I came back in 2023 to SCP-RP got into E-11 (again) and met a pretty cool guy named "AKI" (he's a goofball) he was in O-1 and at that moment I thought: "Why shouldn't I try O-1 myself?" and so I got into O-1 got up to the rank of LCPL, met new people who are still friends till this day, took a break from Civil Networks again and now I'm back at Military RP currently an AG SWO. Looking into joining the CO team soon.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I enjoy helping others and want to contribute to making the server a fun, fair, and welcoming place for everyone. I’m active, responsible, and willing to put in the effort to support the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I have noticed that sometimes tickets aren't being taken quickly enough, which can lead to frustration for players and unresolved issues stacking up. I would make it so tickets are responded to quickly, making sure players feel heard and problems are handled in a quickly and correctly.
