How many hours can you be on everyday: I can spend during busy days 1-2 Hours, and free days 4-5 Hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have prior experience working as a staff member on a DarkRP-style server before joining Civil Networks. Additionally, I served as a Moderator at CivilNetwork during the early stages of MRP in 2020-2021.
During my time on the DarkRP server, my primary contributions included assisting during peak hours when the staff presence was limited, ensuring smooth gameplay for players, and addressing any technical issues or bugs that arose.
At CivilGamers, my responsibilities primarily focused on moderation duties. I handled a variety of situations, including player support requests such as resolving "stuck" issues, restocking vehicles like helicopters and tanks, and addressing more complex issues like RDM, MassRDM, NLR, and FailRP.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One of the achievements I take the most pride in is seeing the continued success and growth of the server. Unlike many other Military Roleplay servers, this one has managed to stand the test of time and continue thriving. As a player, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a community that has outlasted many others, and I genuinely hope it continues to do so. The server's longevity means more to me than any rank or individual achievement. it's a testament to the dedication of the entire community.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I thoroughly enjoyed my previous experience as a moderator, where I had the opportunity to assist and support the community. Unfortunately, my time had to be cut short due to academic commitments. However, I am eager to return and continue helping the community grow and thrive. Becoming a staff member would allow me to contribute my time and skills to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One area for improvement would be the staffing levels during events or high-traffic situations. In the past, the staff team was larger, which allowed for greater flexibility and ensured that issues were addressed promptly. For example, player sits would rarely have to wait more than a minutes. I believe that increasing the size of the staff team or ensuring more consistent staffing during peak times would help maintain that level of responsiveness and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the overall player experience.
