Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: yes i have been a staff member in may community's for example 3 DarkRP servers and 4 StarwarsRP servers and i left on good terms as well i left them due to real life issues at the time
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: i have been proud of many things of this server/community because i have been in this server there has been a lot like seeing privates from when i was an LTCOL become COL's them selves or even better high command but the best thing is having a great community that helps each other and we all depend on one another even if it is NATO vs USSR
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to become a staff member because i have been apart of this community for a long while and i would love to help the server even more because im on the server all night so i can help the server out after hours as well and i have seen a lot of good admins in my time who i have seen since i have been on the server from fresh for example Jeff Carson who has made me proud (even though he is a head moderator) but i would love with helping new players who join after hours and when they hop on the server during the day they could see a lot more.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: the main thing i would love to see and improve upon is making sure the staff team are getting involved with the players because these people who join are the people who will keep the server active would manage to do this by getting people from the staff team to join in and get people in regiments more and be more involved like trainings/joint trainings and make sure they talk in TeamSpeak in regimental comms to see if they can use there voice and help/get involved but if people join more in the comms with regiments that shows the new players that the staff team are very involving which will help with people wanting to joining staff.
