Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have been warned for ARDM in Febuary, FailRP in November of 2023 and I got banned for MRDM in October of 2021 after shooting an AT4 inside the 17th bunks at that time.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Currently around 3 to 4 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have never been a staff on another server and this will be my first time.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I managed to become LTCOL for RMP almost a year back changing and working to improve the Regiment with my own ideas. I have also very recently completed Building a court room for the new base in Vietnam. While it still has yet to be used I believe it will serve it's purpose well and improve the RP inside the base in the Future. And while this is not something I have yet completed I am trying to rework the current law book to the point where new and old players will be able to understand the laws a lot better and bring more joy to interaction with the police side of the peacetime-activity s.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be able to help players in achieving a better time on the server in all aspects as well as maintain a fair and enjoyable server for everyone. I also think after playing this server over the years on both sides actively I believe I can keep an objective unbiased opinion when assisting players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Honestly I can't really say, not having much interaction with the staff team, nor having any prior experiences in staff teams, I don't really have any idea how staff teams should operate or affect the player base. Although if I could've I would have added the weekly meetings where we discuss future plans, mile stones and problems that come up, revisiting solutions to previous problems and how the changes made effect them.
