Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I received a warning for FearRP during my first few weeks on the server due to me not understanding completely the rule that you can be kidnapped while not having a gun out. Because of that I went into an argument and killed the kidnapper and was explained afterwards what happened. Since then, I had not received any kicks/warns/bans.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-3 hours a day but maybe more based on how my work schedule is.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was moderator in past MRP communities and other servers as well as staff in other gaming communities. I mainly dealt with admin sits and helped cut down response times to sits.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have not been on the server as long as others but one thing that I was able to achieve was, along with my fellow 10thSD members were able to bring 10th back and make it more active. Just being able to bring more activity to the regiment and helping out with the wars has led us to becoming more prominent on the server than when I joined back in November 2024. Since then I am now wanting to help more regiments and the server in general to keep this community going strong.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be able to help the community more by helping out with staff issues, especially towards the end of the day, as well as assisting in different sections of the admin team. I hope that from this I can join the event team and also help with bringing more RP events and situations to the server, while also being able to manage any issues.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Aside from helping with faster response times especially in wars, I think the staff team has trouble enforcing certain rules and clarifications at times, and just having more people eager to deal with it can lead to a lot less infractions going on.
