Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd like to help the community as a whole. I feel like staff team rn isn't doing its best and I could help it out a little bit.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don't have one specific thing planned that I want to do, but I want to help staff team as I can, whether its just taking sits or anything else that will be needed to be done
