Helped deal with numerous rule clarifications, class balancing, weapon balancing and anything regarding the fundamental issues with MRP.

Why would you like to become a staff member: The server is not at a great state right now and it needs all the help it can get. I wish to see this MRP do great things and hope I can help contribute to its success. I have quite some time in MRP Staffing and would love to express my skills/experience from other servers onto this one.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Having a wider range of activity. Most staff members can only be on for so long throughout the day and majority of the time it is only during peak time. I can help fill the gaps when the server starts picking up earlier in the day and slows down during downtime.
