What makes you the best candidate for High Command?: As a former RC for 17th and CPT in JAF I have an expertise in the 5TH mechanized branch of NATO, and through my time in the server I have also been in every other type of regiment and so have a relatively good understanding in how those regiments work and how they conduct themselves. I have plenty of experience leading NATO in wars with most of the ones I have lead being a victory in some kind. I feel I am a relatively well known and well liked member within NATO and feel people would be comfortable with me as their guide through their time within NATO . I am very loyal to NATO, having been presented opportunities to leave and never leaving, and my dedication to tasks out measures others, with it taking me nearly a year to get RC in 17th. I have been in the server a long time now and have also been in a lot of regiment, and so have an understanding on how they work and operate, and so I feel I could work well with any regiment.

List your strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths

• Leadership: Throughout my long lineage as the regiment commander for 17thAR I have gained the skill of leadership not only in the regiment but as RC you are expected to lead NATO in war, and all times I have led NATO bar one have led to NATO victory.

• Active: I can play nearly everyday of the week for about 4 to 5 hours.
• Friendly: I am friendly towards most on NATO and on the server in general and am always willing to help those in need.
• Strategy: throughout my time in 17thAR I have had to develop strategy in the way I play, I can translate this skill to war leading very easily and have.
• Mature: I have a moderate level of maturity like most NHC members, and know how to act and when
• Dedication: I will commit to most if not all tasks given to be and will strive to complete.
• Can take feedback and criticism: While in the past I would have struggled to listen to any feedback and criticism given to me, however I feel I am mature enough now to understand what is being told to me and how I can improve on what I have been told.

Weaknesses

• No NHC experience: Throughout my time on the server I have never held a rank within NHC, and so there are most likely to be lapses in what I do due to the fact that I have never been in NHC before.
• Judgment: While not too big of an issue, however I sometimes have lapses in my judgment as I sometimes find it hard to make the right choice,this isn't too common though.
• Lack of experience in ground regiments: Throughout my time on the server, I have only really played Mechanised regiments, dabbling in ground regiments enough to understand how they work, but not yet fully grasping the details of their operations (this is something I can improve on)

Please give some lore about your HC character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Born July 22nd 1997 “MrGhost”( real name Donquixote Jeffreys) life was never easy. Coming from the deprived British town of Grimsby , brought up by a blue collar family, “MrGhost’s” life was always filled with bad scenarios after the next with only small commercial breaks of glee. From aged 10 he was bullied in school by his peers for his situation at home, constantly having to rummage the lost and found bin for a school uniform. This shaped the emotionless being “MrGhost” would become as he knew that life would never be easy and knew that his life was a train crash ready to happen, and so decided to do it in a more “proper fashion”. It was 6 years later at the age of 16 “MrGhost” jumped at the thought of joining the army with no aspirations in life(all of which had been stomped out of him by those around him , including his parents)he felt that someone else must think for him. Obviously (despite him not knowing) the army and him were a perfect match.”MrGhost” was a blank shell blind to emotion and felt none himself , making him the model soldier , making him a merciless killing machine blind to the pain and anguish he may cause, as the scars that plague him dig deeper than any bullet or knife could ever pierce him. Noticing his skills in combat, the Colonel of the 17th Armoured regiment approached him asking him if he would like to join , the thought of feeling something, even the feeling of fire on one's body was intriguing to him as he accepted. After climbing the ranks of 17th “MrGhost” had done it all only one more step. NHC. -

I've known mrghost for around 2 years now and to me he always came off as a bit of a dickhead at first, making dumb choices and getting banned for it. But ever since he started playing again he's actually started to better himself by trying to fix 17thAR leading wars and actually caring about his regiment. He still has the tendency to make a dumb decision every once in a while like this whole blackmailing thing but something like this seems like a one time thing to me. I'm not saying that blackmailing someone is a good thing I'm just trying to let you guys see that his intentions are not bad and that with the right amount of guidance and support he can actually become a very competent leader which would be great for NATO. People have given me the chance to become high command once and it ended better than what I expected from what I've experienced. Can I just ask people to perhaps give him a chance to High Command like they once did to me, it might actually end up being what NATO needs right now.
Of course one is entitled to their own opinion and if you believe he's not a great fit, that's up to you.

You are most definitely committed to NATO and I think you should be at least given a chance to prove yourself as High Command as the dedication is there. The warns aren't great but you've kept it clean for 2 months which does show you can follow the rules.

I don't disbelieve that mrghost may have said some silly things to both of you that can be manipulated to look bad, but this blackmail thing seems stupid from both of you and just as some sad attempt to torpedo his application as noted by vlad literally calling ghost a ginger as a 'joke' so I really don't see how this attitude suddenly changed in less than 15 minutes.

One of you doesn't actually play the server and the other apparently just recently returned. Both of you are and have been minges so I'm not confident of the validity of your accusations.

Also can we all just think for a second and go over this. Blackmail assumes that somehow ghost has something that could be damaging for both of them. One doesn't even play MRP and has no stake in it and the other has apparently only just come back as a SSGT so has nothing to really lose, so what could you actually be blackmailed with? And why not actually provide the clips as part of your accusations for us to see? It's a bit ridiculous.

You've tried to go after mrghost repeatedly before in game and targeted him on the discord, so there's many reasons you could be -supporting this beyond just an innocent lack of confidence. You are also presenting his blackmail as fact, have vlad and chaireston actually shown you these clips and do you believe beyond any doubt that this was 100% misconduct from mrghost or are you just misrepresenting what has been said.

Also you recently asked me not to comment on applications if I haven't been actively playing the server (I had been) but you take up no issue with chaireston doing it and again take what has been stated as fact.

You don't care about this, I'm not sure why you are acting like you do. For example, let's refer to Nirvan's HC application from July 2024 that you +Supported. He had received 3 warnings in the previous 2 months leading up to his application. In the 2 months leading up to this application, mrghost has actually received none. And you are also referring solely to 'recent warnings' which validates my point so why the sudden hypocrisy?

I'm sure if I dedicated more time I could find more examples of you supporting applications with more recent warnings and a worse punishment history than this so could you explain yourself or just simply withdraw this verdict which would be the fair thing to do.

Overall, I think Wolf has made the best points here and that mrghost, like him should be given a shot at high command. A lot of these accusations seem unfair and some are just straight up unprofessional conduct from roleplay leaders on the server with others proving that individuals are still complete minges.

Oh nice so don't address the fact the reasons you provided are completely at odds with how you respond to other applications and how you are a hypocrite but instead try and insult me! I'm sorry it's really easy to find an example of when you've supported an application with recent warnings and put it in comparison to this one!

You can have your personal opinions, I'm sure it is your honest opinion as you have repeatedly gone after mrghost in both game and discord as I stated and targeted him. I'm not witch hunting you, but you are being extremely unfair to him as I have pointed out during the statement but I'm not sure if you properly read it.
