Denied [MRP] RC should be able to accept reg tranfsers

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it so RC can accept people wanting to join the regiment ingame, instead of calling a sit for it

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Faster tranfsers, plus when theres no staff on tryouts can be actually done

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Honestly, I don't see much negatives with this. RC should be trusted enough to not be idiots and transfer everyone into the regiment because "haha transfer funny".
