No one asked for this to be a thing, Infact there was a rule made against this for a reason. Spies constantly going inbase and just fearRPing people around to steal shit literally demoralizes other players, and it's not gonna increase peacetime activity it's gonna decrease it. People would rather go AFK to not have vehicles be stolen rather than run around n stuff.
