No, the highest rank I've ever had would have to be NRF COL.
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
To start, My unmatched devotion to MRP puts me ahead of all other candidates. Not only that, I take polemology classes in college so my tactics would be far superior and probably some of the best the server will ever see (no shade to anyone!!) . However I think what mainly sets me apart from other candidates is my passion for the game. I truly love what I do already and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow. I always listen to feedback and constantly look for ways to innovate and improve. I'm confident I'll be a vital asset to NHC and I'm eager to contribute my skills and experience to help NATO achieve its goals.

Strengths:
-Very active
-outside the box thinker (always looking for innovative solutions to tough problems)
-Very organized (able to handle multiple tasks at once)
-I am a great communicator and not afraid to reach out.
-Very calm and composed during stressful situations
-Love to roleplay(hey) and I like to encourage everyone around me to do so.
Weaknesses:
-I can be a bit of a perfectionist at times, which can sometimes slow me down or cause me to get bogged down in the details.
-I'm big on FUN which can be seen as a really good thing sometimes but it can also be seen as a weakness. depends on how you interpret it.
-some might say I'm not mature yet but I've grown alot.
