These suggestions also relate to loadouts changes with the DEA one being on a smaller scale compared to the E-11 suggestion. The main difference with my suggestion is that the loadout changes that affect NU-7 would focus more on replacing/buffing weapons that have been powercreeped, and giving NU-7 more tools to deal with Civilian info breaches and hostages that foundation captured. The ID card (Spy) for NU-7 would also allow for NU-7 to participate in special operations that DEA usually handle in the event that DEA isn't around to take care of situations.
-
Possible Positives of the Suggestion (At least 2):
-
1: The addition of new weapons and/or buffs to NU-7s Classes would allow NU-7 to more effectively do their duties of Fighting GOIs Before they reach the inner Facility.
2: Adding elastic restraints to NU-7 would allow for easier control of hostages captured and would allow NU-7 to deal with civilians on surface info breaching without having to wait a 15 minute cooldown.
3: Adding Door charges to NU-7 Autorifleman would allow easier raids on areas on the surface that can be locked by certain groups. [E.G Rangers at ranger station and MC&D at the lakehouse]
4: The addition of weapon checkers and interrogation tools would allow for easier stripping of items such as keycards and weapons.
5: ID Cards would allow NU-7 to deep cover to call out activity on surface if no DEA are active.
6: Addition of weapons to Officer and Commander Jobs would feel like a needed buff to CL4 NU-7 members compared to what other regiments have.
-
Possible Negatives of the Suggestion:
1: Lots of Dev time would be dedicated to making such huge changes to the classes NU-7 have.
2: Weapons and Equipment rework could nerf CI and GOC as it would be easier to get captures on them as well as effect the balancing of surface combat.
3: An ID Card for NU-7 Specialists and the addition of elastic restraints and interrogations may cause powercreep towards DEA and increase redunancy in DEA jobs.
-
Based on the Postitives and Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?:
-
As of now, NU-7 lacks a lot of the needed tools for the jobs they do. The suggestion would fix a lot of the glaring problems NU-7 has when dealing with civilians and GOIs, as well as fix the lack of power NU-7 has aganist large groups on surface in the event that DEA isn't active to assist. The addition of the QBZ-97 would allow for officers to have a unique weapon to fight with compared to just having a perma as their primary weapon. The buff to the M14 or replacing it would allow for long range combat on the officer job to be more effective compared to what we have currently. It shouldn't be as powerful as a sniper but it should be accurate enough to get kills at medium to long ranges at surface. The addition of new weapons to the Marksman, Medic, and Operative Jobs would make them feel less outdated. Overall, This suggestion aims to update NU-7 to a more refreshed state compared to what we currently have.

Denied - [USA] Changes to E11 by Slipstream.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove Since the addition of new SCPs, E11's effectiveness towards them has been in a state of stagnation. With unreasonably long timers for Nightvision / Scrambles, and even placing scrantons down, most Reality Bender SCP's have the ability to completely...
